This product is really bad.  We used it on our hard woods and it left a white film.  The only solution the company had was to get on your hands and knees and scrub.  When we called they had all the answers, so I am guessing they have this problem alot. When called they asked a lot of questions and said, we used the wrong mop and should try the product again.  They also said we did not use the product right, which I said if you what the product used in a certain way the directions should be changed on the bottle.  We went through two people who asked the same questions, (email, street address and phone number) both not very helpful and than we got to a supervisor.  She asked what the problem was, which I said we have already told two people been on the phone for 20 minutes and needed some answers.  Again she said get on your hands and knees and scrub with amonia.  When I said we could not do that she had no other solution.  We are now looking to get someone in to stip the floors and will try and bill the company.
