Their so called customer service will defeat you. Do not buy anything from nordictrack, read the reviews, and believe them. Those reviewers did not just get the one back consultant, that department is bent on breaking the company, and doing a tremendous job of alienating customers.
Speed is not a component of delivery. It took 3-4 weeks for the unit to show up. Then another 10 days to get the grease that they left out of the order. Then is was going to take an unknown about of time to get another part that wasn't discovered bad until it had been sitting in pieces in my bedroom for weeks.
In order to talk to customer service, they require you fill complete a survey that in includes how much you weigh, what room you will be using, how much you paid. I never failed to be completely angry with nordictrack after every call. And there were many calls.
They accurately delivered the right unit only some stuff was missing. Is that accurate?
Overall satisfaction. Zero. Negative! I am hoping to save you people from the same nightmare. I was never able to complete the assembly. I had this giant box in my living room for 5-6 weeks, parts all over my bedroom, and then we had to spend almost a day trying to get it all back in the box after I decided that I did not want to spend my life calling nordictrack.
Make certain you read the fine print on the warranty because the customer has to install the parts. One guy said that he got more exercise taking the thing apart than he did using it.
I am leaving a lot of things out because it would take too long. The company may actually be ok, the unit may be ok, but you will never get to enjoy it with their customer service. Again, google nordictrack complaints, rather than reading the reviews on their own website.
