Don't do it. You'll regret it. Faulty product availability. Errors in tracking no. and product shipment. False promises if you're lucky to get a response. Don't bother calling in, it's a complete waste of time. Lengthy return if processed. Return policy warned delivery signature to accompany subject to inspection to claim damage if occurs but often products are shipped without requiring signature. It's close to 4 weeks now and have not receive all the items ordered which claimed to be in stock when ordered.
If you still decide to order from this company for whatever reason (there should be none even for price), here's some recommendation:
1. When responding to their confirmation email for online order requiring that you write you fully understood and agree to their return policy, add "subject to items are in stock". They may not process your order but most likely will still and may help you in charge disputes which will very likely happen. 2. Don't bother to call in any department, even sales will tell you false info to get you to believe it's taken care of but nothing happens. 3. To get any kind of response, request to cancel your order by email which they won't process without first trying to make contact with you. But becareful of what they promise you to keep the order, it won't be kept and waste more time.
Do yourself and this country a favor, don't order from homecenter.com.
