My wife is at 10 weeks 1 day and decided it was time to order a fetal doppler from BabyBeat. We had talked about it in the past, but she decided to go ahead and order it without talking to me. When I found out an hour or so later, I had to admit that I had already ordered one from the same company. Oops! I called their customer service number, talked to someone with no wait time, and they immediately cancelled the order with no questions asked. (I didn't even have to explain that I had already placed another order!) I've been VERY happy with the company. They provide a lot of great information, a very useful CD, and they seem to truly care about customer service. When using the device, remember to be very patient. It took us a few tries to get it right, which was more than a little worrisome for my wife. We had to go much lower than expected (right at the natural hair line, at least for us at 10 weeks).
