Cool! I haven't thought of these things. A mini van is a perfect solution, solving more than one problem too.
Thanks for the input!

Yes, :) I do have some advise for Teen drivers & Parents of Teen drivers.
Obviously, teenagers will make a difference on a families insurance rate. DO NOT just opt not to list your teens and assume they are covered, because your insurance company, can and probably would deny any claim made with a teen driver driving, when they are not listed on the policy yet are a resident of the household. Instead, look for a company that uses a Household rating system first off because then they don't rate based on the highest risk driver but instead will average the total risk on the policy. Also, making kids get part time jobs to offset their share of the cost of insurance is what I do with all three of my kids. but most importantly if you're going to insure a teen on a car your best sticking with lower risk automobiles usually American made cars with high ranking safety standards, 4 door sedans, minivans, or station wagons tend to rate better, price wise, then foreign cars, coupes, convertibles, muscle cars, & trucks. But that is a generalization there are some very high ranked sedans minivans and wagons too so I would get a quote before I fixed myself to a specific car.
