I'd hope you agree that knowing what your problems might be is not only important, but it's free. They allow you to file a complaint if you have some information you feel you need to share about your vehicle and issue other informational items as well, like child safety seat recalls. If you don't use the service, you might just be using defective equipment and not know it. They don't just do cars, but that's what I use it for.  |
