Ordered items but never received a confirmation of the order, so I contacted them. They said it was sent out on June 21, but the tracking number they gave me showed that it had never been picked up. I tried to explain this to them, but I might as well talk to a wall, because they did not listen or understand. First they told me I would have to wait 6-9 days, then 7-14, then the supervisor said they won't do anything until after 30 days. There is no customer service, just constant run around. I still do not have the package, but whether I get it or not, I will NEVER order from them again. One star for these people is too many. The order now shows that it shipped eleven days after they said it did and that it is FINALLY in transit. I ordered once before and the stuff came through okay. It was cheaply made, but serviceable. Never again though, because without decent customer service, it just is not worth the hassle. My recommendation is that if you see something on this site you like, find it on another more reliable site, like Amazon and order it there.
