I had ordered 6 pairs of shoes, and when they arrived, they were of the most poor quality shoes I have ever seen. They were falling apart, unglued, looked used, scratched, etc. I returned them on the 28th of May, and I STILL have not received my refund back to my credit card! I have been calling every week since May, and now it's the 7th of July, 2010, and I am still being put off by the company. I am told to, "Give it one more week." I let them know that this 'song and dance routine' had gone on long enough, and all I wanted was for my money to be returned. They have no 'specific' address, and you can only contact them via email or through their 800 number. I am getting a different story every time I call. I have contacted the BBB, and I will continue to do whatever is necessary to ensure my credited refund, and I will let others know of my difficulties so that I can spare anyone else of this extreme frustration! This is completely unsatisfactory! I hope this can expedite a refund for me and assist anyone else at the same time!
