Ordered five HP cartridges in Nov. 2009, with delivery to be by 11/15/09. Order came in December in a large box. When I opened box that afternoon, it only had three cartridges. Filed a claim via email that afternoon, and finally got someone to answer a phone two weeks later, and she told me she could see there was a claim to get the two missing cartridges, and promised she would ship them that afternoon. They never came, and I have tried repeaatedly to get a phone to answer or to get a response from many, many emails.
I filed a claim with credit card company in January, but Online Supply claimed to have shipped the entire order so I have lost about $120.00 for the two missing cartridges.
This is the third bad experience I have had with them. The other two were about missing shipping dates, once by three weeks, the second by two months.
I would not recommend them to anyone for any thing. Their cartridges are cheap, costing about 45 percent of HP, but they do not produce the quantity or the quality of HP cartridges and do cause more service and cleanup inside machine. The colors are not as vivid as HP.
Buyer beware.
