DO NOT ORDER FROM COMFORTCHANNEL.COM - I GOT RIPPED OFF

In May 2010, I ordered a memory foam back wedge and leg wedge from comfortchannel.com, to be used for medical reasons. The items arrived and were very uncomfortable, so I returned them immediately, pursuant to comfortchannel.com's online return instructions. That was TWO MONTHS AGO. To this day, the comfortchannel.com has not refunded my money. I emailed them a month ago to inquire about the status of my refund, and was told the following: "Our accounting department is in the process of catching up on all of the returns and credits. They should have them done by the end of this week to the beginning of next week. I apologize for any delay." Obviously that was not true, since here we are a month later and I still have not received my refund. I am now reporting this to my credit card company as a fraudulent transaction. Avoid the hassle I am going through - do NOT shop at comfortchannel.com.
