I have been a loyal UBID customer for over 1 year. I have purchased a computer, HP Printer, Toshiba cordless phone, Yamaha computer Speakers, 21" Monitor, Emerson 19" TV, Emerson VCR, Logitech Internet Keyboard and a few other items. I am completly satisfied with UBID. Everything with the exeption of the printer was delivered on time. The printer was late arriving but UBID sent it on time and Fedx failed to deliver it on time. Certainly not UBIDS fault but when I let them know what happened they quickly sent me a refund for the shipping charge.
Another time I won the auction on a Cordless 2.1 ghtz phone. The phone arrived on time but the antenna was broken. I called UBID and they appologized for the inconvience and sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the phone. Since this was a auction item they were sold out. They credited my account for the amount I paid plus shipping. I ended up with a much better Toshiba phone. All my experiences with UBID have been excellant. I highly recommend this auction site. If you have a problem of any kind they will do what ever it takes to make it right.
My computer was purchased from a private seller through UBID. Again I had no problems. The seller contacted me immediatly. We worked out the extras I wanted and I had the computer within days. I purchased it last March and I have had no problem with it at all. UBID has a excellant selection of products some new, and some refurbished. I save alot of money buying from them. You just can't beat the quality, the customer service, their return policy and their prices. Bar none they are the best auction site of their kind online. I used to buy on egghead and had alot of problem with them. In the end egghead went out of business and UBID got bigger. I am very happy UBID is still here. I plan on making all my purchases on UBID in the future.
