Great On-Line Place to Shop - but wise to check product availability first

The Customer Service Representatives (the two I spoke with) were courteous and helpful. My order was processed quickly. Their shipping is very quick if the items are in stock. Once shipped, I received my order in four days. Their e-mail communication was good. I was updated at every step of the process and provided a tracking number when it shipped. Their prices (which included shipping) were very competitive with the other on-line stores I had checked. I only found one place with lower prices (on the items I was looking for), but when you added the shipping charges they were about the same.
Their selection of items was above average too. I found everything I was looking for (and I few things I wasn't) and ended up buying more than I planned.
The only negative thing I can say is that I would like to see their availability of items shown on-line...before placing the order. After placing my order on-line, I received an e-mail the next day saying that I had three items back-ordered. I waited a few days for the one item and eventually cancelled the other two. Now, this was not a huge problem for me (since the two items I cancelled were not essential), but it was an inconvenience.
Now having said that, I have to also add the following: They were very professional about it and gave me the option of cancelling the entire order, cancelling the out-of-stock items or waiting for the items to arrive.
On my second order I e-mailed them first to check if the items were in stock. I actually called first, but I didn't want to wait on-hold. Confirming availability first will save a lot of time.
I will definitely continue to buy from them.
