Placed an order and received shipping confirmation email with UPS tracking number. Two days later I received a "return processing" for all items even though I never received the package. Emailed them and got first reply "As stated in our last correspondence to you, the shoes did not pass our quality inspection at our warehouse..." What first correspondence??? All 3 shoes did not pass inpection? I called them up and was told that they don't understand why the email I received said that. They offered to place a re-order, which I have to pull out my credit card to give them the number. By then one of the pair of shoes was sold out. I re-ordered and requested free expedited shipping. Talked to a Tobin and he was very helpful. He offered to credit the shipping cost back. No one seemed to know what happened to my initial order. They must've taken my shoes and given them to someone else, even though I have a UPS tracking number that says "Billing received" for two days. I should've just cancelled the whole damm order. Don't know what I was thinking. Also, very loud background laughing and chattering while I was talking with customer service. Could hardly hear him. Very unprofessional. Let's see if I'll get my shoes and the proper credit on my card. Will never order on 6pm.com again
