We coupled this dryer with the Kenmore 20927 (read my review here:
http://www.epinions.com/content_44427611780) washer and together they comprise the dynamic duo of laundry tasks in our household!

The dryer has performed flawlessly since new. It can handle large and heavy loads without complaint and thoroughly dries even huge (overloaded) loads of oversize bath towels straight from the wash on the normal setting. This is likely due to the "Auto Moisture Sensing" feature, which helps you to achieve loads dried exactly to your specification with no guesswork. Very convenient and very handy, just set it and forget it!

Of course there are several heat settings which you can select based on the load you are planning to dry, and I have found that the heat settings are pretty true to their labels. This is not the case with some other units we've had, where low seemed just as hot as normal! I can throw jeans and sweaters in on the appropriate heat and desired dryness settings, and I know they'll come out dry, and more importantly, the size they were when they went in! Also noteworthy is the "Wrinkle Guard" portion of the normal dry cycle, which spins the load at a cool temperature to prevent wrinkling (the finish signal sounds at the beginning of this cycle, so you have probably 10-15 mins to get down to grab your stuff out before it shuts off). Very handy! Another nice touch is the drum-front lint screen (easier to clean than the top-mounts) and the drum light inside!

I can only speak highly of this durable, reliable unit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great mid-range dryer!
