Frustrating to say the least.

I spent a long time picking out lights, and finally settled on two from CSN lighting. They did ship quickly and were well packaged. My problem was that I ordered a pendant light. There was minimal information about the light, but from the picture it looked like a fixed pendant with a solid rod coming out of the top of the lamp, and nothing indicated otherwise. Other websites were clearly indicating if something was track or fixed, so it didn't occur to me it would be track as it did not say so anywhere. It arrived and it was for a track kit. There was no indication that to use this pendant I would have to purchase a $90 track light kit (or suggestion that I should get that as an additional item) or I would've been able to decide if I wanted to spend it or find a different light. It actually took quite a bit of research after it arrived to try to figure out what was needed to make it work as the light itself did not have great info included, and CSN didn't mention anything useful. I asked to be able to send it back, and was not happy that out of $53 I am getting $29 back after shipping (as for a return you have to pay back the free shipping TO your house as well as return shipping) and as I really believe that under specifications they needed to provide information about the need for the track light kit I think they should eat the return shipping part. As I look through their items, they do not indicate this information for a lot of their pendants, and I will not make the mistake of purchasing lighting from them again. I did get prompt response when I asked to return it with a UPS label sent the next day and thought the customer service was decent. The reason I am writing such a negative review though is because I had done two things two weeks ago. 1. wrote a review, positive about the look of the light but including information about the light being for a track light to warn future purchasers. 2. In the question tab on the light's page, had written to ask what items needed to be purchased to hook the light up. My question was deleted/gone and was not answered. My review was never posted. I hate the idea that I could be saving other people trouble but they didn't post the review. Learning my lesson and will purchase lights in person from now on.
