Great selection, availability and good prices for new, hard-to-find pieces. FedEx was rough on the shipment and damaged the chair, but Danielle at Unica responded promptly and courteously offering and immediate replacement. Fantastic service and gracious attitude even through some of my own error and frustration. This is true customer service--thank you Danielle and Unica Home--I will be back!
