I ordered a mini boat horn. When the package arrived it was a toggle switch instead. I called customer service and was told they would send a return label for the switch, I think the man said via email. Never has come. I canceled the order as I purchased another elsewhere. I will be very upset if I find I was charged for the horn and not credited.
This process is unacceptable.
What product did you purchase or try to purchase? Mini horn for my boat
