Our experience was overall good, but it would have been nice to know up front what accessories were included and not included in the purchase of the camera in order to operate and charge the camera fully for our use. In general our experience with fumfiw.com was good and we would purchase more products from them in the future.
We thought fumfie’s customer service was in general good. We are extremely happy with the product we received and the price we got for the merchandise. We will also recommend your products to other people. It would have been nice to know that the camera does not have extreme zoom technology, and that longer more powerful lenses are required. We were also happy that we were able to get the camera we wanted for a good price in the color we wanted since the color we wanted was not standard.
In our experience overall fumfie.com was successful at providing us the camera we were looking for at an affordable price. We are happy with our purchase.
I would recommend our product and the company’s services to my friends, family, and co-workers. I will keep in touch with products available on line at fumfie.com for my future purchases. I think this website would be a good tool or reference when shopping during the holidays for my friend and family and especially my boyfriend who is in love with our new camera (toy).
