My wife bought me this printer for Christmas 2001 and I decided to write my first opinion here because of what this product delivers. The results are absolutely outstanding. In my case, I am using a Canon Powershot G2 digital camera and Mac G4. What makes the photographic prints so special is the fact that while you get terrific flexibility and size versatility on photo's -- the clarity and finish is nothing short of laboratory quality.

I am using Premium Quality Glossy and Matte papers from Epson and could not say any more about how good this product is. One recommendation that I would have is to print in the 360/720 DPI mode. You do not need any more resolution as the ink application is deep -- even though this goes up to 2880 DPI. The printer is very easy to install/set-up. Just follow the simple instructions.
