They'll "sell" a product they don't have, good luck getting your money back.

I would recommend very strongly NOT purchasing anything through Shoes.com. While their advertised prices are good, my experience with them was extremely unprofessional, bordering on dishonest. They accepted an order for a sold-out product, i.e. an order they could not fulfill, charged my credit card anyway and did not notify me that they were unable to process the order. There was no resply to my e-mail follow-up, and the order status app on their website showed the order as being in process. Only six days after placing and receiving confirmation of the order, once I phoned them, was I informed that the product had sold out at the time I ordered it and they were unable to ship it. I was told that someone would eventually (!!) have called me to notify me of this, but that this was the situation at the time I even placed the order. The customer service rep seemed to imply that it was my fault somehow for not having known the listed product was in fact sold out. When asked why my credit card had been charged nonetheless and whether it had been credited, I was told they would refund it within seven to ten business days. So basically, they're sitting on my money and will return it (I hope) when they see fit. All in all a terrible experience. There are plenty of other shoe websites out there, go to any of them. Stay away from Shoes.com.
