I am a runner..and like many runners i'm constantly fighting the battle to find the perfect running shoe. I used to have this pair of sauconys..they were awesome, but when i stepped up my training the arches in my feet were killing me..so i had to go out and get a more supportive pair of shoes. Anyways, i couldn't find a shoe that fit my foot like that old pair. One day, after a rather painful run wearing a new pair of shoes..i logged onto MCSports.com to see if they had the old pair of Saucony's i used to wear, but could no longer find in stores. THEY HAD THEM!!! no where else on line or in any other store could i find these shoes.
Right after i ordered them i began thinking about the old pair of shoes..the reason i had replaced them in the first place was because they didn't provide enough shock absorption. I called MCSport's customer service line the next day and asked if i could cancel the order. They said sure, as long as the order hadn't been shipped out. Two days after that the shoes were at my front door. It only took 3 days to get these shoes to me. Anyways, I still didn't want the shoes and needed to return them. In the box, attached to the packing slip was a return address label. I slapped that on the box and took the package to my nearest post office and mailed it away. I checked my credit card statement a few weeks later, and *tada* the refund was on my credit card slip.
Even though i didn't end up keeping the product i ordered from MCSports.com...i have to laud them on their selection, their customer service staff, and their return policy. Great job guys.
