Finally, I have received part of my order from 1800mobiles.com. It arrived on Thusday, September 9. The original order was placed on Friday, August 27th. The website stated "in stock, usually ships next day". Sadly, not all of the products that I ordered were in stock and I did receive an email to that effect after I started trying to track my order. After repeated emails to customer service I finaly received a short message "as soon as I hear from warehouse I will let you know" (paraphrased). I never received another email until the items shipped, I also never got an answer to my request for a "valid" order number. The automated system didn't work for me because of the order number nor could I track my order via the 1800mobiles website. I received an email yesterday from customer service to let me know that they had cancelled my backorder - no reason other than that they had decided to cancel it. In short, I would not recommend doing business with this company. The products were finally delivered in good condition, but the service level is horrible. I think there is a possibility that they just have a really good website and are running the thing out of a basement, or they are not employing enough people to keep up with the orders. All in all, I did receive almost all of the products ordered, and the part that I didn't receive was cancelled.
