I ordered an item online and there was a notation that it had been shipped. However, three weeks later, I did not receive the item. I contacted customer service, they apologized and then refunded me. Even though I did contact customer service, they did not respond to me until a week later. Although I was looking forward to my item, I did not get it in the end, they ran out of my size. I am very disappointed in their customer service and they are very unreliable.
