I can only begin to express my disappointment in this company, I ordered 100 tin buckets a month and a half before my sept 11, 2010 event. I received a post card stating that there was a delay and the items would not be shipped before aug 31. I called several times, one representative even told me she would track the items and call me, what a liar. Here I am on the 7th of Sept with no favors for my guest. I wouldn't even recommend this company to someone I disliked. The buckets are so back ordered that they might come Sept. 27th, why take orders you can not fill? Shindingz you have taken away from a once in a lifetime event for my family, my moms 93rd birthday, shame on you. It is so late we can't even order from another company.
