What a wonderful putter - needs a new grip though

Pros:Moveable weights, nice head cover, smooth swing.
Cons:AGSI putter face dents easily, grip is too small for most hands.
The Bottom Line: A great putter now that it's not the latest and greatest.  Will help on the wet days with extra weight.

This is my first Taylor Made putter.  I'm a long time PING putter fan, and have used mallet and blade style putters.  I found long ago that my putting style (die at the cup) works very well with a heavy putter head - so I have been using mallet style putters for the last 15 years.

The Taylor Made Corza, with adjustable weights (uses the same weights as the drivers, so interchange, tools, and set-up is nice IF you have a driver from Taylor Made - otherwise you do need to buy additional items) lends well to my style.  I can add weight to the back of the putter and give more momentum to the ball on soggy days, and remove weight and lessen the momentum on warm sunny days.

In the Pacific Northwest, we have a tendancy to start play in the morning with dew and rain, and finish with the sun high in the sky, drying and firming the greens.  So the puts you log at the beginning of the day are FAR different than those at the end.  This putter helps with those decissions - assuming the weather man can forecast correctly :-)

The putting surface of the Taylor Made putters - the "AGSI" material does have a tendancy to "dent" which can significantly change the way the putter strikes the ball - so you should take precaution and use the head cover at all times.  That has gotten tedious - and I do wish that the AGSI was replaceable, but alas - like cars and computers clubs have started to be designed to wear out and need replacement.

The grip of the putter needs help, and I've found using the new "HUGE" or "JUMBO" grips does tend to lessen the pressure and take stress out of my grip on the green.

Overall the putter feels good in the hands, and swings well.  Long puts are helped by the extra weight and putting the weight behind the putting head helps broaden the sweet spot to lessen the tendancy for push or pulled putts.
