Worse customer service and late!!! I should have read other's reviews first! I only ordered through them one other time and the book was late. This time the book was so late (they claim ships 5 - 7 business days but that is not true)I didn't have it for class. I called and the girl said it wouldn't be until the following week when they ship, the order didn't come to them from the publisher. She asked if I wanted to cancel and I said I would call back after I located it elsewhere. I called back a half an hour later and cancelled. The guy I spoke with was extremely rude. My status said cancel pending so I thought I was ok. Then a few days later I got an email saying they charged me and shipped the book. I called back to complain and have it stopped and explained that I cancelled and the person I spoke with said cancel pending doesn't mean cancel. So most of their info is incorrect (and I did research and found they were more expensive than others). So now I have to wait to get the book, send it back and then wait for a refund. Worse company!!! DO NOT USE!!! Use Textbooks.com!!!
