I did a lot of research into shoes.com before deciding to order from them. They do have great deals on shoes, but I found a lot of criticism over their shipping and stock from recently posted reviews. The first pair I bought were only 30 bux after promotions and free shipping so I decided it would be worth a try, and I have positive feedback to give.
Ordered and delivered in 8 days, no problems whatsoever.
Beware, if you want to "return" because its the wrong size, you pay for shipping, get a refund, and then buy new shoes all over again in the correct size (or so they claim). I usually look around in stores and if I find a pair I like I try them on, find my size and then go online to buy them.
I haven't tried this part, because I was happy with my size, but most people complain about having problems with returns, receiving credit for their returns, or customer service being uncooperative.
Most of the good reviews were from 2008 and older so I figured it would be nice to see that they were still worth doing business with. Anyone who has had a GOOD experience with returns should definitely post a review because it would be nice to know that it works, or even that it is problematic and to only order shoes if you are positive you want them.

Yes, quite simple. Make selections for gender, size, brand, "style" (athletic/skate/dress/casual etc.) and browse, or search directly for a product.
3. Are the products described well?
I don't know if they need to be described in words; see #4.
4. Are there good images of the products?
Yes, pictures from several angles and of all the available color combinations.
5. How are the prices?
They are loooww, and you can find promotional offers on the site, and at other promotional/discount/coupon advertising sites.
6. What are the shipping costs like?
I had free shipping on mine, but I believe they are about $8.
7. Do they deliver promptly?
Yes they did. See review.
8. Do they package items well?
Yes. In original shoe box, in a slightly larger "shoes.com" box.
9. Do you get the quality and quantity you ordered?
Yes.
10. What is customer service like?
N/A
11. As with all types of product reviews, the review needs to be written well, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation, without unnecessary bolding or italicization.
