I have used them a few times now and am very happy. I have a refrigerator that requires a water filter to be changed about every 9 months. I was startled when I saw the prices of said filters at other online stores. Most sell them for about $40 but FiltersFast had them for an amazing $28 + $6 shipping. Not bad at all.
I’m the kind of person who does serious comparison shopping and fully researches online sellers before trusting anyone or anything at all. After all was said and done, I decided that FiltersFast was a reputable company and had the best price, so I went with them.
I’m very pleased with the service. Delivery is fairly fast (about 6 days) and they automatically emailed me the tracking number, which I like very much. Not all sellers do this, some make you request it which annoys me to no end. They kept me updated with the order status and let me know each step along the way: order received, order paid, order shipped, and order completed.
Because I signed up for an account, they also notified me when it was about time to change my filter. I first thought that this was just an annoying sales trick and I wasn’t entirely sure if I even signed up for that or not, but when I went to check my water filter I found that they were right. Two days later, my refrigerator filter warning light came on. They were spot on and I now appreciate that “service” a bit more.
I’ll continue to do business with them for as long as they’re available or until my refrigerator breaks down (which better not be anytime soon since it’s only 3 years old).
