I spent $1300 at this store and was promised 2 day shipping on the item. The item did not come (i waited an additional day), and my personal shopper blamed UPS. She could not open my order so we were told to wait. I contacted ups myself and was able to find out that indeed the item was shippng to the wrong address - why my personal shopper could not make this call i dont understand. I called her back, and she was yelling at me and still going on about how she couldnt do anything. She went on to say that she had provided me with excellent customer service, and that I needed to stop yelling... I was upset that she couldnt do anything but certainly not yelling.. I told her this was not right and that we needed to cancel our order. she said that i didnt understand - i continued to say cancel the order and she hung up on me.
