Homecenter.com is awful. And a scam. This is how they work. First you buy something. They tell you a shipping date but never ship anything. They may even ship 1 item that way if you try to send a dispute through your credit card they can act like they sent something. They then give you a customer service person. They don't give you a last name so when you write your review you won't say their name. The person I had was Shelbee D. She wrote me first informing me it was 25 dollars more to get the item dropped shipped to my location. I wrote her several times stating I didn't want to wait a month to receive a part so I wanted a refund. She wrote back with a counter offer of 5 dollars I said no thank you refund me the money for that part. She never wrote me back after that. I then proceed to try and call but since I don't have any extensions you can't reach a customer service person. I then called into the sales queue and got a live person. Who transfered me to Shelbee's voicemail. I then called again and again until Finally Shelbee answered. She then informed me in order to cancel I have to email mailto:cancel@homecenter.com and they will have to approve it. Approve what you sent me 1 out of the 3 items I purchased 3 weeks ago. I then informed her as I hope everyone else will do that I have submitted an inquiry to the FBI tip line as a fradulent site. Who takes your money but doesn't give you your product. Also from an ATM a couple miles away from their location my debit card was attempted to be used fraudulently. Since I use this account for home repairs that is the only thing that was coming out of that account. They then proceeded to put me on hold and told me that I needed to email mailto:cancel@homecenter.com I have emailed them for 2 days with only a generic response. They are attempting to wait until the 20th to then shipped the part but I requested a refund a long time ago. I am planning on calling them all day tomorrow. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM SITE. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. The FBI needs to be involved because all these people are going to do is change the website to something else.
