This company's moto must be "LIE to all customers"
I placed an order ($120 worth) on 8/25/10. Today is 9/15/10. I have not received my order. I had contacted them on 9/9/10 to check on my order. Right after that I received two emails saying the order was complete and shipped with a UPS tracking #. After waiting a week and a phone call to UPS, I found out that tracking # was for a return shipment to AmericaRx from someone else. It was not my order being shipped to me. I immediately called AmericaRx and got hung up on 5 times after being put on cue for 10-15 mins each time. I finally got someone on the phone and that person said the order was on the way. After being told to track that tracking number, he said, "Oh, the order is coming back to us,", and TOLD ME to call UPS to find out where my order is. After I threatened to charge back the credit card for my order, he promised he will call me back within an hour. After a couple of hours passed, and no phone calls, I called them back. This time (after a few hang up's), they said my order was shipped to wrong address and that it is being re-routed to me and I will receive the order in 3 days. It's more like they haven't even shipped it out. Now I have received 5 emails stating my order was complete and shipped minus the tracking number. Saving a few dollars is not worth the headache and lost of my time trying to track down an order.**UPDATE**Today is Sept 20,2010. The date on which AmericaRx promised I would receive my merchandise. The mailman just came. No package from AmericaRx. Charge back is my next step. I can't depend on AmericaRx to issue a refund after what I have gone through so far.
