My friends and I are totally disgusted with Travelsmith's Customer Service. Since we live in Hawaii they automatically charge us for something called Fed Ex Smart Ship, which is just another name for parcel post (slow boat is what we call it). When pressed they say they can only ship that way or UPS, somewhat more expensive. They will not consider shipping US Postal Service Priority mail, considerably less expensive and more likely to get here within a reasonable amount of time.
I don't recall having such problems with Travelsmith in the past and will certainly think hard before ordering through them again. I hope they are losing a lot of customers with this cavalier attitude.
