I wouldn't change a thing, the website is very easy to use and I have experienced no problems using it. The flow of the information provided and the detailed examples and photography is most helpful. I didn't get lost or embedded in the website as I do many others I have used in the past, very impressive site.
I recently helped my daughter order some blinds for her home - we ordered the "samples" first then placed our order. She is very happy with the product and the service as well.
The installation video and instructions that are sent via e-mail prior to arrival of the product are most helpful for those of us who are not real handy with tools and installation. I have seen no other site that provides that kind of customer assistance with multiple options to get the help you need to guide you through your installation process.
I was very impressed with the speed of the order once we made our selection from the samples you provided. The wide array of samples is very helpful however makes it difficult to choose with so many options available!
I have purchased Roman Shades for four windows in my home and plan to order more in the very near future. I have ordered the cellular shades/blinds for my daughters home and they are truly beautiful. We have comparison shopped at several of the big chain stores and the prices cannot be beat, especially when you figure in the great customer service, they are delivered to your door and the quality of the product.
I just can't say enough about my experience with Blinds.com, I would recommend your company to anyone!
