Very easy to order on line. Customer Service acknowledged the order immediately and advised that the item (a trailer in kit form) was in stock and should be shipped in 24-48 hours. The order was placed on a Saturday evening. I received an email on Monday morning advising that the item was shipped and again when the tracking number was available. My order arrived by common carrier within 3 days of being shipped as promised and in pefect condition. While awaiting the order I had one occassion to contact Customer Service and they responded immediately and asked that I tell them my experience with putting the trailer together. I definitely would go to this company again. Also, the price was almost 30% below their principal competition and the shipping was free. Its comeptitor also would have tacked on $90.00 for shipping.
