Shopping at softwaremedia.com was quick and easy. The website was easy to get around. It was not hard to understand what you are getting and what it will cost. Find any product you may want is easy. I looked for several products and will probably go back when I am ready to buy. If they have the product, the price is comparable and usually is better to other websites and stores.
The software I bought was at a good price and the shippment was quick. I looked for several weeks for the mac software trying to find the best price. Once I bought my software, I was informed, via e-mail, of the status of my product.
The shipping was fast. Same day I purchased my software, it was shipped. It gave several different options to ship. You could take the standard shipping (which was free on my purchase) or you you pay for faster delivery. It said I would get it in five to nine business days, but I received it in three. My package came via FedEx. They dropped it off on my door step.
I did not need customer service. Based on how the website and information flowed, my opinion is that an individual would have decent success with customer service.
