This company was bought out a couple of years ago by Cynergy, Pipeline Data, Securepay...who knows? I have heard rumblings that they are filing for bankruptcy and are trying to get anything and everything out of their customers by putting funds on hold (up to 180 days!) to earn interest off the money and lying about why they are doing it, changing excuses and you won't get anyone on the phone who cares. A lot of people have/are suing them and Pipeline (which is Paynet Systems) just lost a class action suit for $800,000.00 for fraudulent acts. You will pay $300 to cancel your account, in some cases almost $900. Hidden fee's they do not tell you about and will take it right out of your account. Mostly they hold funds and neither you nor your customer will ever see the money which actually means you lose. Google: Pipeline Data, Securepay reviews and see what they say before you sign up. I wish I did before doing my research. I lost $500 in transactions because they decided it and gave me excuses that made no sense. I am suing, wish me luck!
