I purchased a processor from them. When I received it I started to put the processor into the motherboard, including some thermal paste. I never turned the computer on though so I never used the processor. Before I put the whole laptop back together I went to verify I had purchased the correct processor and I had not. I went through the process of getting an RMA and was able to ship it back to them. I was later notified that the RMA was rejected because there was paste on it and they told me I had therefore used the processor and it could not be returned. I attempted to explain to their less-than-knowledgeable staff that just because you put paste on a processor does not mean it is used. After spending an hour on the phone speaking with low level reps on up through the managers I had still gotten nowhere. After the manager told me there is nothing that could be done I asked to speak to the owner because I am the owner of my company and I thought we could work it out. But they told me that he has a policy to not speak with customers. This company is junk and I will never recommend them.
