I am a 63 yr old women and I don't know much about mini split air conditioners. I checked lot of websites online but never did get enough information. But finally I landed on Kingersons website. And this website surprised me. So much useful information for me to read. It explained me about the air conditioners in details and how they are installed. I could not decide on what size of air conditioner I would need for my room, so I called them with few questions and very professionally they helped me finding the right air conditioner. I called and spoke to one of their sales rep and he took time to explain and understand my situation at the same time. Finally I was convinced this company is the one, I purchased the product from them friday and it came within 5 days next thursday. They sent tracking number to me for me to track it. Unit arrived in great condition, sealed in box and that was satisfactory. I finally got a local air conditioner company to come and install the unit and it has been 2 months since I installed it and unit is working great. I am happy I found Kingersons! I for sure will recommend them to my entire family and friends!
