I purchased Adobe Acrobat 9.0 standard from them. First off there price was phenomenal, they had free shipping which was a bonus and they also have coupons that sometimes sweeten the deal. I actually purchased 2 copies of the software and as a bonus a was actually given Acrobat Professional. That is at least a 50 dollar Bonus between the two licenses so all in all it was an amazing experience with Softwaremedia.com.
The delivery speed was what I was expecting 3-5 day which is just fine for a free option. What I also liked was the free shipping if you need to return an item. I actually took advantage of this on my last purchase when I ordered the wrong version of Office 2007 software. I made a call to customer support they authorized the return and even offered to place the order right there so i didn't have to go back on line.
Overall I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I normally buy online from Newegg.com but they couldn't come close to the price and you also had to pay for shipping which just added insult to injury. I would definately buy from this company again and would recommend it to others.
