I was not notified that my order was back-ordered until after I was charged. I ordered in early September & was charged on 9/6. I was later notified that the item would be shipped on 10/15 at the earliest. Usually companes do not charge until shipping.
Altho I answered Yes to question #2, I don't actually know that, as I haven't received it yet.
