After receiving a gift o two items, both I and my wife needed smaller sizes. Of course we sent it back immediately using the enclosed formsx and included UPS shipping label. After 3 weeks, I called. They did nothing because a replacement of one of the items was not available. No they did not call. It has now taken 45 days and I have yet to receive the replacement for the one item that was available. Customer service kept no records of the three calls I made to find out what was happening to the shipment. They offered a refund or a gift card for the item that could not be replaced. That hasn't arrived either. and the last call had no record that we requested a refund. Absolutely HORRID.
