Pros:This diet plan is not complex and is great for all fitness levels.
Cons:It takes a lot of discipline to follow it.
The Bottom Line: I have recommended Body for Life to lots of people who noticed my weight loss. I would recommend it to anyone serious about weight loss because it works for everyone.
Body for Life is the best diet plan that I firmly believe can work for anyone who decides to follow it. After my third child, I accepted the Body for Life 12-week challenge. I was nursing and couldn't restrict my calorie intake very much, but I lost 17 pounds in the first 5 weeks and lost a total of 30 pounds in 12 weeks. Other people I have talked to have had similar results. The Body for Life book is very motivational and easy reading. Stay dedicated and it will pay off!! Definitely a great buy for anyone wanting to change the way their body looks.
