After 1 year, intermittent closing problems. Sears wants $65 to just look at it and then however much to fix it. They told me that labor is only 90 days, and parts are 1 year. This opener quit working just after the warranty expired. This is planned obsolescence. It replaced a 15 year old Craftsman opener that worked fine - it was just loud (bedroom above garage), so I wanted something quieter. Craftsman quality is down and I will never buy another Craftsman product again. They were good in the 90's, but now, garbage! I used to buy Craftsman everything (lawnmower, blower, chainsaw, weedwacker, lawn tractor, tools, etc.) and I got a lot of good use out of them. Now, since I've replaced most of the above, I'm having problems with whatever I've replaced. Never again. Craftsman = Junk!
