Did a refinance with Americash in June, 2010, they offered the lowest rate with 0 points at the time so I went with them.  The process was pretty smooth, closing took a few days longer than expected but it was within a reasonable time period (33 days versus 30 days).  They provided good communication during the process, they only glitch was with a paperwork error with my address that needed to be corrected to get underwriting approval.  I can not really say anything bad about them, and in fact I am considering another refi now as the rates have dropped a bit and I am considering using Americash again for this new refi.  The loans they write get resold to Bank of America, or GMAC.  This is a plus in my opinion, both outfits are large entities that have good online payment options and are well versed in web security so that I don't have any worries on that score. 

I am not sure what was happening with the reviewers that posed negative comments, my expreiance was not perfect (the small paperwork errors), but they delivered what they said they would do, in a reasonable time and without any surprises.  For me, that ranks them up near the top of the loan broker outfits that I have done business with over the years.  Recommended.
