Etrailer's customer service department gets a thumbs up form me. An error regarding how my vehicle was euipped from the factory resulted in receiving a part that wasn't compatible with the car the trailer item was purchased for. The folks at Etrailer.com cleared the problem quickly and effectively. They definitely deserve my continued business.
