Shady, bad customer service,and they lie

I agree with Tim. Bad company to deal with. It started with me finding a few lights from a company called CSN. The lights are from a company called World Imports. Long story short is CSN did their best but I kept getting the wrong lights shipped to me. But their customer service was great. fast service. Good people. So I still want these lights and find that Home Center has them. So I speak with Shawn L. and explain the problems I had getting the right light shipped. He said no problem I'll call them and get you the right lights. Guess what!! wrong lights show up for now the 4th time. So I call Shawn and explain and I ask for a refund because now I've had enough. He sends me to Roberta and she asks me to fill out a form on line for the return. So I do that. Next day I get an email telling me I now have to take a photo of the box and item. Now understand CSN orders from the same supplier in Baton Rouge. CSN never asked for photos. So I'm angry and I track down the supplier and speak to a person there that says they would never ask for a photo and that the Item I ordered has been flagged as a miss numbered item. So Shawn L never called them to check as he said he would. So she calls Shawn L and tells him to credit my account. So now I find out from Roberta in an email that she is with drawing my form because the supplier is going to credit me directly. Well thats not true. They said I would be credited from Home Center right away. I'm so frustrated with these people. basicaly Roberta lied to me about having to take photos of the box and item and now stalling my return by with drawing my return form. And whats up with a company that has countless recordings that no one picks up the phone. Oh and what about no toll free number. So each time you call its on your dime. If I dont get credited quickly I will list my story on any sites I can find showing Home Center as shady at best. Craig
