A horrible scam

I FELL FOR THEIR SCAM, I HOPE YOU DO NOT.
E Diets is a scam. Do not accept any special offers because there will be a cancellation fee and you cannot receive your money back. When I received the first one-week supply of food for my husband, and myself, it took over three hours to unpack, and dispose of the extreme amount of packing material.
The fact that their food is horrible is reason enough not to buy their product.
I tried to cancel the second shipment. Once they realized I was trying to cancel future orders they would hang up on me and/or put me on hold and never return to the phone. Once I they had shipped the second order which I tried to cancel, I talked to several people on the phone; and I could hear children playing in the background and a TV was on with the volume very high.
It was close to impossible to obtain information on the Internet after the original order was taken.
I returned the second shipment that I had cancelled. I cannot obtain assistance from the credit card company because of E-Diets cancellation policy and I have proof that I returned the product to them.
