I had a very bad Americacash loan experience

The loan officer who was my first contact with the company was pleasant. I spoke with him about the deal I saw on Google for a loan at .75 point. He said it was no longer available even though it was on the website that day. He said he could get a loan at .80 point. ( Reading other reviews I see how they try to get the most money out of their customers. The loan officers are paid on commission. ) I told him I wanted to preserve as much capitol as possible and I did not mind the cost of the loan being rolled into the new loan. My mandate to him was no funds be required to obtain the load. He said it was not an issue and that only about $200 maybe required at the time of signing. This did not happen by any measure.
The second contact was with Loan Processor. I tried to maintain regular contact with this individual via e-mail. The individual has a bad habit of not returning e-mails and claiming not to have received the e-mail. The individual only contacted me when they needed something and it was a bottleneck to the load process.
The final contact was with the office manager. I was told by the Loan Processor that I need to pay my property tax now because it was due within 60 days of the funding of the loan. Shouldn't they have known this? I was ill prepared to pay a large property tax bill on such short notice. (so much for no funds at the time of closing) I incurred additional cost to pay the bill on-line and keep the loan process moving forward. The conversation with the office manager professional and polite as I explained the situation. The manager said there would be not further funds required at signing. I signed the loan papers and I had to provide no funds at that moment. After four days I was informed by the Loan Processor that I need to provide more funds to complete the loan process! I was flim-flamed! I could no longed back out of the loan. They got me!! I called the Office Manger again to express my discontent. The Office Manager said I would receive monies from my old mortgage holder and from the Title company roughly in the amount of the required funds. I will be receiving monies from my old mortgage company but not one dime from the title company! I received the final paperwork from the title company today. My final contact with the office manager when unanswered. I highly recommend that you do not do business with Ameracash.
