I have waited for over 24 days for shoes i was informed would take only 6 days to deliver, I paid for UPS shipping but they deceptively used the worst courier (GLS) and from their tracking info it shows that the shoes had to leave a location in the US to newark, then to the Uk and eventually denmark, the said shipping company has had may shoes in their store for a week i have stayed at home for three days this past week because they said they would be delivering on those days and since they didn't give a specific time i have wasted three perfect working days waiting for what??? shoes...i paid for. Today i waited and even keep calling their depot to make sure i got my package, the lady at customer care gave the package delivery driver my phone number..i waited like a real fool, i called and she tried to contact the fellow who didn't pick up. They again told me to wait until monday..do these people expect me to kill another perfect working day waiting for them to deliver a package i paid for, like the world has to stop for them to get themselves in order. I have received shoes before from amazon.de this was one of the best experience, i think i am going back..I am just praying they at least deliver the right shoes..so this nightmare can end...ANY ONE OUT THERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKES NEVER USE SHOES.COM OR GLS for shoes or courier service. Shoes.com is very deceptive,customer care is bad and has very very poor service...i would rather buy shoes at a higher price that go through this again...its not worth it
