The rates and closing costs looked to be the best that I could find and the staff was very helpful over email and the phone in answering my questions. Whenever I would email a question, I would always get a reply the same day, usually within the next 2 hours. The rates given on the home page held true during the process of submitting my information. It was easy to get the initial rate estimate without having to add personal information or deal with account hassles.
After I decided to process the refinace loan, they have an account status page which shows the progress of the loan with a checklist of items they need to go through to close it. I could easily see the items which needed to be submitted and could tell once they received them to know that everything was taken care of. This is my first refinance, but I would recommend Amerisave based on my experience. At first I had looked into refinance programs available locally, but saw their rates on advertisements online. I was a little apprehensive at first in considering an online company, but it has worked out well. All in all it has been a good experience and I can't think of any reason to avoid Amerisave.
